I commenced training with Neil and Paul, “Team Intafitness” in October 06.
After having three Children, managing the family building business and running a household I found myself unfit and overweight. I joined another all women’s gym initially but couldn’t keep to a regime that worked for me.

My sister and I decided to quit making pathetic, two-week health and fitness
attempts and do something real about improving ourselves. We contacted Neil
after a recommendation from a collegue, and will never look back. The two
of us completed Neil's 10-week program. This gave us the kick-start we

because there were so many different excercises and activities to try.

I’ve always looked fit but I didn’t feel it. I started training with Neil late last year to improve my fitness and I couldn’t believe how out of shape I was. I began training with Neil prior to Christmas 2005. I had already been working with another personal trainer but was not happy with the results that I was getting. I was 31 weeks pregnant in this photo and feeling fit and healthy. I was keen to keep exercising throughout my pregnancy for my own health and that of my baby, but I was very nervous about what exercises I was allowed to do and what I should avoid. Neil knew exactly what I should be doing, and he also explained what I should avoid and why. This also helped me a lot when I was making decisions on what to do outside of my personal training classes. I always thought I knew what pain was… and then I met Neil. Actually, the feeling of complete and total exhaustion is something I’ve grown to love.
