Inta Fitness holds personal information about its clients, customers, suppliers and staff. Inta Fitness also hold information to enable us to contact clients and others to inform them of services we provide, to inform them of new programs and special offers, and to maintain records.

Credit Card Details
Your credit card details are needed by our payment processors to complete credit card orders. Your credit card details are never received by us and they are highly protected through encryption by Paypal and Eway (1024bit encryption). You are protected against fraud by their verification methods and if you choose to pay by Paypal you will need to register with them to verify your identify.
When processing payments you will be re-directed to a secure server with 128bit encryption, you will be informed of this re-direction during the process. You can be sure your payment is secure by checking that the bottom right hand corner of your screen contains a gold padlock.

Conflict Resolution
We are committed to resolving disputes within a timely manner. If problems arise you may contact us by email or telephone. We will respond within 48 hrs - guaranteed.
REFUNDS AND CREDITS
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced by us at no charge to you provided you inform us within 3 days of receipt.
Any mistakes in your order by us will be rectified by us ASAP and you will receive the correct goods in exchange for the mistake made.
Any orders not received in a timely manner (more than 3 days outside our delivery guidelines) will result in an extra 10% off your next order.
If you provide a wrong address, we will not be liable for delays in delivery and you may be charged a re-delivery fee. WE URGE YOU TO BE CAREFUL AND MAKE SURE YOU ENTER THE CORRECT ADDRESS.
If, for any other reason, you decide you do not want the product you may return it to us unopened and we will refund the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee.
All refunds will be made only by deposit into the nominated account of the person who made the initial purchase or by refunding the purchase costs back onto the credit card used in the initial order. Refunds will not be made to any other person(s) under any circumstances. Alternatively, you may have a store credit if you would prefer.
ORDER AVAILABILITY
We will do our best to make sure that all goods displayed on this website are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. However, occasionally an item may sell out before we are able to update the website to reflect this. In cases where you have placed an order and the item is not available, we will contact you immediately and you may choose to wait for the item (we will inform you of when it is expected), you may choose another item of equal value or you may have a full refund with our sincere apologies.
We will strive to keep the website up to date and we also promise to provide you with details (where able) of when we expect a product to be in stock.
