Outdoor Spring Training

 

So, Spring is here and it's time to get Outa-Fatness & Inta-Fitness and lose that winter coat and sculpt that perfect summer bod!

There is nothing better than training outdoors in Spring with the trees blossoming and the sun shining and sound of the ocean in the backgroud (if you like the beach). So we will be offering our award winning training methods to you all in & around the following areas:

Port Melbourne
South Melbourne
St. Kilda
Brighton & more


Our training team is being carefully selected for their attitude & passion towards this fantastic industry and their commitment towards helping each & every client achieve their goals. We only hire the best and then we train & help develop them to be the best they can be so that YOU will be in the most capable and results inspiring hands!

Your training will be managed & overseen by Mr. Inta-Fitness himself & he will be checking on you in person every 2 - 3 weeks & weekly via email, phone & SMS to ensure YOU are taken very good care of. We have a reputation as being the best and we will make sure that you become part of our success family.

Our outdoor spring training services will commence approx early-mid September - just as Spring kicks into gear!

Spaces will be limited and if our Kew studio is anything to go by - they will fill up fast!
