Our Private Training Studio

Your new training venue is located at 146 High St, Kew. We are right next door to Westpac Bank at Kew Junction and just around the corner from the Mercedes Benz dealer on Denmark St. We are on the south side and opposite Nightingales Pharmacy.

It's very easy to find and in a very convenient location, close to all of the wonderful shops, with the best beauty salons and hairdressers only a stone's throw away and don't forget there is Safeway, Leo's Fine Food Supermarket and Toscano's within a 2 minute walk of us. The tram stop is right outside our front door too. So, no car = no problem, just tram it!
And, we offer:
- Private, Off Street Parking - located directly behind our studio, and to make it even easier for you there is a;
- Rear Client Entrance - which gives you access directly to our studio from our private carpark.

As you can see our shop hours are limited. We apologies for this but we are very busy with clients and cannot commit to any longer shop hours. Our Equipment
X-Trainer Cardio Machine, Recumbent Bike & Spin Bike

This is our warm up & cardio room where we have these 3 pieces of cardio equipment to get you fit fast!
X-Trainer Cardio Machine
The X-trainer is a cardio machine that moves in an elliptical motion to mimic the benefits of jogging/running etc. The benefit of this over a treadmill is that it reduces stress on your joints and avoids the repetitive foot striking of running that is very high impact and often causes pain and discomfort. You also use your arms to assist your legs in moving the foot pedals thereby making it a total body workout machine. It has 15 different resistance levels and records your time, distance, speed, rpm and calories burned.
Recumbent Bike & Spin Bike
There is a recumbent bike (meaning you sit back–not upright) It has 15 different resistance levels and it records your time, distance, heart rate, calories burned, and speed. It is a bike and I’m pretty sure wedon’t need to explain how a bike is of benefit to you. Then there is the spin bike which is awesome for fitness, it mimics a road bike and is used for high intensity interval training.
Smith Machine with options

This amazing multi purpose machine can be used to work every muscle in the body. It allows us to work through a full
range of motion and is the most effective machine wehave ever used for encouraging core strength and stability whilst safely loading the target muscles to their capacity. What does that mean? It means rapid results for you without the risk of injury. How is it so safe? Well, you will notice on the sides there are grey 'safety stops' which we can adjust to any height so that you cannot possibly drop the weight on yourself! We can do numerous exercises on this machine including: Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Incline Press, Shrugs, Upright Row, Stiff Leg Deadlift, Squats, Lunges, Calf Raises, Lying Reverse Push - Ups and more.....In the middle is an Incline Bench which we use to adjust the lifting angles.
Flat Bench

This is a simple flat bench that is used for a number of different exercises and stretching. They are dips, flat bench dumbbell flye, flat bench dumbbell press, bent-over lateral raise, dumbbell row, lying overhead tricep extension, flat bench press, tricep kickback and more……Oh, you can also sit on it when you are tired, which many a client does :o)
Combination Seated Row/Lat Pulldown

This is a combination seated row and lat pulldown. It is basically two machines combined into one that enable you to work all of the muscles of your back and arms in a functional manner. We also use it for biceps and triceps. We can do Seated Row, One Arm Seated Row, Lat Pulldown, Reverse Grip Lat Pulldown, Upright Row, Tricep Pressdown, Cable Bi-cep curl , Overhead Tricep Extension....
The Power Rack

This is my favourite and the most awesome piece of equipment. With the Power Rack we can do all our free weight barbell training in complete safety as the bars on the side can be adjusted to any height so that you cannot drop the weight on yourself. This means you can train to absolute failure without the fear of being crushed by a kamikaze barbell! We can also do Chin-Ups and Hanging Knee Raises for the abs on this machine.
