We offer a mobile training service where wewill come to you at your convenience and take you through your personalised exercise program.

Situps

We can train wherever you like, at your home, in the park (weather permitting), or at your company or complex gym.

We bring my mobile training kit with me which consists of boxing gloves and mitts, a swiss ball (big round ball for various core stabililty exercises), a medicine ball, coloured cones for running drills (outdoors only), small dumbbell's, and an exercise mat. Then, utilising this equipment and your own bodyweight we will give you a thorough workout. It doesn't matter if we don't have the use of gym equipment as you will get just as good a workout with out it, weguarantee it!

You receive my full, undivided attention for the duration of your session with no distractions. We will motivate you, guide you, help you and push you, but only to your limits! We will never ask you to do more than you are able or to do anything you don’t want to do, but we will make sure you work as hard as you can to ensure rapid results and your satisfaction.

Your First Session

At your first session we will assess your current fitness level and discuss your needs and  training frequency. We will then set some goals and we will weigh you, take your measurements and take your photo. This is all done so we know exactly where you have started from and so we can compare and track your results periodically. Note, this is optional and if you are not comfortable with any of these procedures then you do not have to do it,  but we do recommend it so you can really gauge your progress and it is tangible and documented results that will keep you motivated and drive you to succeed!

Session Length:

All sessions are 45 minutes as this is the optimal timeframe to attain the best results. Sessions will become quite intense after we have primed your body for the work to come and in the world of exercise physiology 'intensity is inversely related to time'. That means that the harder you work, the less time you can work for so 45 mins is ideal!.

Session Structure:

 Exact session structure depends on goals but will always include:

  • Functional weight training/bodyweight exercises - To tone and strengthen muscles, boost metabolism and strengthen bones, tendons and ligaments.
  • Cardiovascular conditioning - To burn fat and energise you, will include some boxing/kickboxing drills.
  • Full body stretching - To improve flexibility and joint range of motion and aid in recovery of exercise.
