We also offer group training for those of you who would like to share your training with friends or family and make it much more
affordable and fun. Groups tend to have a really fun time when they train together as they get to share their achievements and
motivate each other as well as having a good laugh as they torment or tease their fellow training partners. We currently cater for
groups of 2 or 3 and all sessions are at our private studio, away from the harsh melbourne winter!
At the first session we will assess each member of the group for their current fitness level and discuss everyone's needs and
training frequency. We will then set some goals and we will weigh you, take your measurements and take your photo's. This
is all done so we know exactly where everyone has started from and so we can compare and track your results periodically.
Note, this is optional and if you are not comfortable with any of these procedures then you do not have to do it, but wedo
recommend it so you can really gauge your progress and it is tangible and documented results that will keep you motivated
and drive you to succeed!
As part of our commitment to service excellence we also provide a complimentary workout towel and free filtered drinking water for each group member at each and every session so you never have to worry about forgetting your towel or your drink!
The group receives our full, undivided attention for the duration of your session with no distractions. We will motivate you, guide
you, help you and push you, but only to your limits! We will never ask you to do more than you are able or to do anything you don’t
want to do, but wewill make sure you work as hard as you can to ensure rapid results and your satisfaction. Each member of
the group will also receive individual attention as wemake a point of working with each member individually. Don't worry though,
the others will be busy completing the cardio or boxing tasks wehave set them so they'll never be standing around waiting. You
will always be doing something with maybe a little bit of structured rest when necessary.
Session Length:
All sessions are 45 minutes as this is the optimal timeframe to attain the best results. Sessions will become quite intense after
we have primed your body for the work to come and in the world of exercise physiology 'intensity is inversely related to time'.
That means that the harder you work, the less time you can work for so 45 mins is ideal!.
Session Structure:
Exact session structure depends on goals but will always include:
- Functional weight training - To tone and strengthen muscles, boost metabolism and strengthen bones, tendons and ligaments.
- Cardiovascular conditioning - To burn fat and energise you, will include some boxing/kickboxing drills.
- Full body stretching - To improve flexibility and joint range of motion and aid in recovery of exercise.
Re-Assesssments:
We will weigh you every 2 weeks and measure and photograph every 4-6 weeks. It is important not to weigh and measure too often
as these often fluctuate daily and can distract you. It is important to focus on long term benefits and results and not to expect changes
every day. Your best measure will be how you look and feel, how your clothes fit and the compliments you will get from family and
colleagues about how trim, toned or buff you are looking!

The fees are split between the group participants and this makes it much more affordable for you all to benefit from the concentrated
attention of personal training. Each group member pays their share upfront for the coming sessions. The requirements are as follows:
2 people = $80 per session ($40 each) based on purchasing 6 sessions in advance = $240each
3 people = $90 per session ($30 each) based on purchasing 6 sessions in advance = $180each
Why 6 sessions you may ask? Because it will take at least 6 sessions for you to get a significant result and feel the real benefits of
personal training and wewant you to be happy and satisfied with your personal training experience.
