Aaarrrgggghhh! Who's confused?

Well most of us apparently!
How on earth are you supposed to visit the supermarket and fill your trolley with the healthy food choices when you are constantly bombarded with so much information - some of which is utter rubbish. And, then you have the food manufacturers trying to suck you in with the 'Low Fat' labels or the 'Healthy Choices'. Let me tell you , there is nothing healthy about 15-20 different flavourings, colourings, preservatives etc, and 'Low Fat' normally means 'heh, we took the fat out and filled it with sugar', or some other ingredient void of any health benefit!
Well, we'd like to help you avoid the confusion and frustration that goes with your shopping trips and show you exactly how to shop for your health. Once you know how, its' really not that tough and your body will thank you for your efforts - guaranteed!
We take you shopping and show you which groceries are better choices and which groceries could perhaps be avoided for the optimal health of your family and yourself.
We like to call them: 'Great Groceries'
Quite simply, we walk you around the entire supermarket, up and down each aisle (except chocolate - just kidding, there is even some chocolate that you is good for you!). We give you advice and answer any questions you might have about the foods/drinks in each aisle.
We will explain to the all of the bullet points above and we'll tell you exactly how we eat to stay healthy, lean and happy. We'll also give you a heap of tips about what to eat and when to fuel your body through the day and control your blood sugar and energy levels and reduce cravings. Remember, this is what we do for a living, we live it and we love it and it is our true passion!
You also get a sheet to record notes and a handout outlining the 12 best and 12 worst foods you can put in your trolley.
