You have heard it many times before, 'You are what you eat' or 'garbage in equals garbage out'. Well, let me tell you that these clichés are even more important when you are trying to obtain your health and fitness goals.
To achieve your goals you have to think of food as fuel, and it is this fuel that will enable your machine (your body) to function to it's peak and recover from your exercise sessions. In order to get the best results you need to be supplying your body with high octane fuel, in other words, good quality nutrition.
We have written eating plans for many of my clients and weknow exactly what works for all goals and all body types. Through my years of experience and proven nutritional techniques wecan help you use food as your high octane energy booster to speed you towards your health and fitness goals.

Don't worry though, you will still be able to enjoy your food and it doesn't have to be boring but you do have to follow my recommendations. My eating plans will fuel your day, balance your blood sugar levels, curb your cravings and turn you into a fat burning/toning machine.
Each eating plan is tailored to your specific needs and is based around what you do or don't like and lifestyle factors which may influence your eating habits. They are all made up of a majority of fresh fruits and vegetables, unrefined low GI carbohydrates, lean/clean protein sources and also a special post workout meal to speed recovery and shuttle nutrients into the muscle cells.
Eating plans are not included in the personal training packages and will incur an extra fee.
