Not to worry, weoffer a mobile training service where wewill come to you at your convenience and set you a personalised exercise program to do in your own time, at your home or outdoors or a combination of both. No stinki uncomfortable gyms to worry about and no pressure to do it at any set time. As long as you can manage a few workouts a week at your convenience then you too can achieve your health and fitness goals.

How Does It Work?
We will come to you and we will assess your current fitness level and discuss your needs. We will then set some goals and we will weigh you, take your measurements and take your photo. This is all done so we know exactly where you have started from and so we can compare and track your results periodically. Note, this is optional and if you are not comfortable with any of these procedures then you do not have to do it, but wedo recommend it so you can really gauge your progress and it is tangible and documented results that will keep you motivated and drive you to succeed!
We will then write you an exercise program on a program card which you keep and use to track your workouts. Then wewill demonstrate each exercise and take you through all of them thoroughly so as you fully understand the technique required and the muscles that are being used.
During the consultation wewill also answer any questions you may have about your training program or diet etc.
It's now up to you to stick to your program and get your workouts done each week so that you can reach your health and fitness goals.

We will check on you periodically to see how you are going and we should meet again 4-6 weeks later for a program review to assess how you are going and ensure that you keep getting results.

Please note: These fees do not include travel time. Travel time will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour and the total fee is dependant on your location.
