Since we are only able to work with a limited number of clients, I am very selective about my application process. I take great pride in developing our programs and providing superior customer service and as a result this can be quite time consuming. This popular method of training and consists of a number of sessions one-on-one with us at our private studio. At your first session we will assess your current fitness level and discuss your needs and training frequency. We will then set your goals and we will weigh you, take your measurements and take your photo and measure your body fat & metabolism. This is all done so we know exactly where you have started from and so we can compare and track your results.

This is a crucial part of the process and it is tangible and documented results that will keep you motivated and drive you to succeed!
You receive our full, undivided attention for the duration of your session with no distractions. We will motivate you, guide you, inspire you, work with you, help you and push you, but only to your limits! We will never ask you to do more than you are capable but we will make sure you work as hard & as smart as you can to ensure rapid results and your complete satisfaction!

Session Length:

All 1 on 1 sessions are 45 mins in duration which is structured in such a way to provide you with double the results that would achieve in a conventional gym. The types of exercises and sequence work multiple muscles simultaneously and combine cardio too - this cuts training time in half and doubles the results. It is important to remember that when it comes to exercise your results are dependant on your effort & intensity and not on the duration of training. So, therefore you can be in and out of the studio in about an hour (including warm-up/cool down) and be guaranteed that you have had a great, results based, huge calorie burning workout!

We ask that you arrive 15 mins early to warm up & stretch to be ready to train for the full 45 mins of your workout. We do want to watch you warm up so please be early and warm up properly. No one is allowed to step foot into the weights room without having completed 10 full minutes of warm up first. Why? It’s cold muscles that = injuries and we DO NOT injure people.

Session Structure:

Exact session structure depends on goals but will always include:

  • Functional resistance/weight training - To tone and strengthen muscles, boost metabolism and strengthen bones, tendons and ligaments.
  • Cardiovascular conditioning - To burn fat and energise you & improve heart function/health. This will include some boxing/kickboxing drills and work on the cardio machines as well as some running outdoors (if you like).


  • Full body stretching - To improve flexibility and joint range of motion and aid in recovery of exercise.

As part of our commitment to service excellence we also provide a complimentary workout towel and free ultra filtered water at each and every session so you never have to worry about forgetting your towel or your drink!

Re-Assessments:

We will weigh and measure and photograph at week 6 and week 12 and so on. It is important not to weigh and measure too often as these often fluctuate daily/weekly and can distract you. It is important to focus on long term benefits and results and not to expect changes every day. Your best measure will be how you look and feel, how your clothes fit and the compliments you will get from family and colleagues about how trim, toned or buff you are looking!


FEES:

All PT programs are billed monthly by Credit Card Debit for your convenience (no large upfront payments and no cash) and the minimum package duration is 2 x per week for 12 weeks. Sorry, but we cannot work with anyone for less than 12 weeks as the optimal timeframe for the best results is 12 weeks. To really benefit from the programs we offer and guarantee you a result that will last a lifetime you must be prepared to make this commitment. In turn we will commit to you that you will get our best efforts and best customer service and a guaranteed result that will make you smile!
